It combines these observations with location data and Google maps so that you can see what the wind is doing anywhere in the US, or what it is doing nearest to you. US Winds is built by people who enjoy using the wind for sailing. windsurfing and kitesurfing and wish to see people making the most out of technology to help them make the most out of the current conditions
